Where is my refund?

Once a refund has been processed, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that after the refund has been issued from our system, ClearSearch is unable to track its progress. If you do not see the refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly, as their team will be able to provide you with further details and assistance.
