1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 Trial Period
We offer a trial period to allow you to evaluate our Services before committing to a full subscription.
If you cancel your trial before it ends through the proper cancellation channels but are still charged, please contact us.
If we can verify that your cancellation request was submitted before the trial period expired, we will issue a full refund.
1.2 Post-Trial Subscriptions
If you choose to continue your subscription after the trial, you agree to recurring automatic billing as outlined in your subscription plan.
2. Recurring Billing Disclosure
2.1 Ongoing Billing
By subscribing to ClearSearch, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically according to your selected subscription plan (e.g., weekly or monthly).
2.2 Billing Schedule
Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided in your welcome email, your account settings, or use the Cancellation Hub.
2.4 Non-Refundable Subscription Periods
Once a billing cycle has started, subscription fees for that period are non-refundable. If you cancel before the next billing cycle begins, no further charges will be made.
3. No Refund Conditions
3.1 Subscription Acceptance
Once you have activated a paid subscription, refunds will not be issued, except in specific cases described in this policy.
3.2 Trial Period Cancellation
If you cancel during your trial period before it ends, your subscription will not renew, and no refund will be necessary. Once the trial converts into a paid plan, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
3.3 Recurring Billing
All subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, no refund will be provided for that period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid cycle.
3.4 Voluntary Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. However, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
3.5 Technical Errors
Refunds for technical issues may be considered within 30 days of purchase, on a case-by-case basis.
To assess your eligibility, please submit the following details to help@clearsearch.ai:
- Device model, operating system, and version
- Description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshot or screen recording demonstrating the problem
Refund requests are reviewed and approved at ClearSearch's discretion.
3.6 Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and submit cancellations in a timely manner. ClearSearch is not liable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal.
3.7 Non-Refundable Add-Ons and Products
All add-ons, one-time purchases, and non-subscription services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- PDF downloads
- Data breach and leak reports
- Background checks
- Additional lookup credits
3.8 Completed Lookups and Reports
Once a phone number lookup or background report has been generated and delivered, the transaction is final and non-refundable, as the service has already been fulfilled.

4. Additional Terms
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. ClearSearch reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal, business, or operational practices.
